Back in Jackson for the weekend. Still on CPAP at 40-50%. Nurse practitioner said if we can get the oxygen down around 40ish they'd consider high flow again. She also said he was gaining weight better. He gets his eye exam on Monday so we must pray that it turns out ok and his eyes are developing normally. Weight is the same at 4 pounds 4 ounces and feedings are still at 36 cc. He also has a PDA, or an opening in his heart, that is causing some of his de sat spells. They are just watching it right now... It's not just huge so they are just monitoring it and hoping it will close on its own soon.
A bunch of boring facts, I know. Just trying to keep up with it for my own already-aging memory.
